Friday, the dismissal letter goes out. Monday, someone asks for the HR file.

A practising lawyer comes to your office and trains your managers and HR. We teach from the decisions your managers actually face, with workshops, real cases, and your own documents if you choose. Train your team now, not after the claim. Fully HRD Corp claimable for eligible employers. Zero ringgit out of pocket if approved.

Training for future decisions, not a service to resolve an existing dispute.

For HRD Corp registered employers with enough levy balance. Training goes ahead only after your grant is approved.

Train your managers before it happens.

Before

Tell us your headcount and where your managers struggle. Nothing is required. If you choose to send contracts, warning letters or handbook sections a few days ahead, we use them as case studies. Names can be blacked out.

On the day

A practising lawyer trains your team at your office, or another venue you arrange. Real cases, workshops and case studies built around the decisions your managers face.

Not an audit. The focus is how your team handles the next decision, not scoring your paperwork.
